Super Bowl Weekend Kevheads

Fargo the movie... Was great, watch the film Kevheads.
What a weekend, the movie Fargo was a huge success, thank you for the 400 plus Kevheads who watched Fargo outside at the Getty. Check out the video and see what you missed. Those who attended had a great time, the fish fry killed, big bon fires, great crowd, no problems, just a great night, this will become a tradition. More photos at www.kevhead.com The day began Saturday, warm air and gray skys, perfect for watching Fargo from your car, or near one of the 4 giant bon fires at the Getty Drive In. A-BAIT a large motorcycle group from Muskegon, wonderful people who we are going to stay close to this year, unloaded bikes, wood for the fires, tents and more.
The fish fry was a huge hit as well, 10 teams started heating up oil, many worked from the back of a pick up truck, coolers filled with lake fish, breading, spices and many batters could be tasted. Every team knew how to fry fish, this was going to be a great contest. The "Walleyes" won the contest, cash and the Margie award was taken home. Kevheads tasted fish, met one another and enjoyed hot and cold drinks. The best part of the day was watching Kevheads talk to one another. Many Kevheads are planning to come to Fat Tuesday or wondered who was coming to this years Kev-A-Roo festival in Grand Haven.
NBC TV Grand Rapids (WOOD-TV 8) ran a story that night following the showing of Fargo. The Grand Rapids Press and the local paper in Muskegon ran two nice stories. As I watched the movie Fargo from our heated RV, the window open, I just shook my head. This is amazing, nearly 500 people were together, watching a movie about winter, about murder, outside at the Getty Drive-In. I want to thank all of our sponsors and most important, thank you to all of you Kevheads who showed up, we are family! This is going to become a tradition. Ok, what's next on the party calendar? Fat Tuesday is coming to the BOB in Grand Rapids with special guest Buckwheat Zydico. The Grand Rapids Auto Show at Devo's Place Feb. 4-7th, we will broadcast special afternoon shows from the auto show.
